孔祥正是濟南大學化學化工學院的省級學科帶頭人，同時也是山東大學的兼職博士生導師。
人物經(jīng)歷
孔祥正于1982年1月畢業(yè)于山東大學化學系，獲得本科學位。隨后，他在1987年3月在法國國家科研中心獲得了法國國家理學博士學位。同年4月至1989年3月，他前往悉尼大學理論化學系進行博士后研究。自1989年至1997年，孔祥正在山東大學化學院任教，并于1992年9月晉升為教授。在此期間，他曾擔任多項重要職務(wù)，包括國家教委高校教學指導委員會有機化學分會委員、中國化學會理事、中國化學會有機高分子化合物專業(yè)委員會委員以及山東化學化工學會常務(wù)理事等。他還曾是《高分子學報》和《膠體和聚合物》期刊的編委。1997年至2000年間，孔祥正在美國Buffalo州立大學、南Mississippi大學和加拿大McMaster大學進行了訪問學者的工作。2000年底至2004年2月，他在3M公司北美部和MAPEI Inc.公司的蒙特利爾研究發(fā)展部從事技術(shù)開發(fā)工作。2004年初，孔祥正作為省重點學科學術(shù)帶頭人加入濟南大學化學化工學院。
教育貢獻
孔祥正教授曾在國內(nèi)外多個學術(shù)會議上作過40余次學術(shù)報告，并且多次組織并主持國際學術(shù)會議。他的研究成果豐富，在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)雜志上發(fā)表了近一百篇論文，并在ACS出版的專著中撰寫了章節(jié)。此外，他還被Wiley & Sons出版社聘為特邀主編。孔祥正教授的教學經(jīng)驗豐富，曾主講過多門研究生和本科生課程，如高分子結(jié)構(gòu)與性能、乳液聚合原理、聚合物合成工藝學、文獻選讀和專業(yè)外語等。
科研成就
孔祥正教授的研究領(lǐng)域涵蓋乳液聚合方法及機理、天然橡膠粒微觀結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及表征、水分散體系聚合物粘合劑、建筑材料添加劑、功能性聚合物顆粒的制備和表征、雙親聚合物粒子的藥物填充及靶向等方面。他目前承擔著多項國家級和省級科研項目，其中包括國家自然科學基金項目、山東省自然科學基金項目以及山東省“高校學科帶頭人”基金等。同時，他也參與了一些與企業(yè)的合作項目，科研經(jīng)費累計達到百萬元級別。
