尹雙鳳，男，漢族，1973年2月生，湖南邵東人，中國農工民主黨黨員，2004年5月參加工作，清華大學化學系物理化學專業畢業，研究生學歷，理學博士學位，教授。
現任農工黨湖南省第九屆委員會副主委、中南林業科技大學副校長(試用期一年)。

學術成果
主要研究納米催化材料、二氧化碳的資源化利用、環境催化新技術、低碳烴資源催化轉化與利用、含鉍新型材料。設計開發了系列新型高效催化劑和CO2吸收劑，部分研究成果具有很好的工業應用前景，并已經與企業開展放大實驗研究；已共計申請專利30項（6項授權）；發表研究論文80余篇，其中 Angew Chem Int Ed、Chem Commun、Chem Eur J、Green Chem、Adv Syn Catal、J Catal、Appl Catal B等SCI期刊收錄近45篇，EI 收錄20篇；論文被 Chem Rev、J Am Chem Soc等國際刊物引用頻次達400余次。獲教育部高校自然科學獎二等獎10余項嗎，2017年度國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者 。
