李麗，女，北京工商大學化學與材料學院化妝品系教授，博士生導師，北京市植物資源重點實驗室主任。
她主講《化妝品配方與工藝》《美容中藥方劑學》等課程，主要開展化妝品科學與技術(shù)領域的研究工作，主要研究領域是化妝品功效植物原料制備、構(gòu)效關系及作用機理研究、化妝品配方新技術(shù)研究與應用。

李麗畢業(yè)于清華大學北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學院，還是韓國建國大學分子生物學實驗室訪問學者。
