牟伯中，男，1957年5月1日生，現(xiàn)為華東理工大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院教授、博士、物理化學(xué)專業(yè)博士生導(dǎo)師(物理化學(xué)、生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué))，華東理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)研究所所長，生物反應(yīng)器工程國家重點實驗室教授，生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)專業(yè)博士生導(dǎo)師。十一屆上海市政協(xié)委員。
科研項目
主要從事生物物理化學(xué)和界面物理化學(xué)方面的研究工作。以極端環(huán)境多孔介質(zhì)中微生物活動為背景，研究微生物的生物物理化學(xué)過程與界面反應(yīng)機(jī)制，包括分子水平微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)與功能、微生物的傳輸過程與界面行為、以及生物分子及其聚集體的結(jié)構(gòu)與性質(zhì)。發(fā)展和建立生物物理化學(xué)的先進(jìn)實驗方法和理論體系，為微生物及其功能基因的資源化利用和生物活性物質(zhì)的開發(fā)技術(shù)提供科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。
目前的重點拓延領(lǐng)域：微生物脂肽和微生物采油技術(shù)。
獲獎記錄
近幾年來，負(fù)責(zé)國家863計劃重點項目、國家自然科學(xué)基項目、國際合作研究項目等科研項目。發(fā)表論文80余篇，申請中國發(fā)明專利15項（其中授權(quán)發(fā)明專利5項、國際PCT專利3項，發(fā)表SCI和EI收錄論文40余篇）。曾獲上海市科技進(jìn)步一等獎 (2008)、山東省科技進(jìn)步三等獎 (2003) 和山東省高校優(yōu)秀科研成果二等獎 (2002) 等科研成果獎。
教育及成果
教學(xué)方面，主講本科生《物理化學(xué)》課程和研究生《生物物理化學(xué)》課程。目前承擔(dān)國家級雙語教學(xué)示范課程“《物理化學(xué)》雙語教學(xué)示范課程”和教育部“工科化學(xué)系列課程雙語教學(xué)體系的研究與建設(shè)”等教學(xué)研究項目。
獲獎記錄
曾獲寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎、國家教學(xué)成果二等獎 (2005)、上海市教學(xué)成果一等獎 (2005) 和華東理工大學(xué)教學(xué)成果一等獎(2008) 等教學(xué)成果獎。由華東理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)研究所所長牟伯中領(lǐng)銜完成的“油藏保護(hù)性可持續(xù)開發(fā)的微生物采油調(diào)控技術(shù)及工業(yè)化應(yīng)用”項目，榮獲2010年度國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎二等獎。
