徐章程，男，1970年11月出生，安徽潛山人，二級教授，博士生導師。他在丹麥技術大學獲得光電子學專業哲學博士學位，并在日本電子株式會社（日本電子株式會社）擔任博士后。徐章程是中國科學院上海硅酸鹽研究所無機非金屬材料專業工學博士，同時也是中國電子學會高級會員、中國電子學會半導體集成技術分會委員。他曾獲得教育部新世紀人才、天津市特聘教授、天津市優秀留學人員等榮譽，并在2023年被評為全國歸僑僑眷先進個人。
人物經歷
1998年8月至2001年1月，徐章程在日本電子株式會社（JEOL，東京）技術總括部任博士后工程師，負責X射線分析裝置的研制和開發。2001年2月至2004年3月，他在丹麥技術大學通訊、光學和材料研究中心和哥本哈根大學尼耳斯－波爾研究所，從事半導體量子點的分子束外延生長和光學表征，以及半導體量子點激光器的研制工作。2004年9月至2010年11月，徐章程在南開大學物理科學學院和泰達應用物理學院擔任教授，并組建了納米光子學實驗室。2010年12月至2012年3月，他擔任南昌航空大學測試與光電工程學院院長。2012年4月至今，徐章程在天津工業大學擔任教授，并于2013年9月起任天津市特聘教授，2019年1月起任二級教授。
主要成就
徐章程在科研領域取得了顯著成就，他主持并完成了國家自然科學基金項目4項，獲得省部級科研和成果獎各一項。他在Applied Physics Letter, Physical Review B, Nanotechnology, Journal of Physics：Condensed Matter，物理學報，Chinese Physics Letters, Chinese Physics B等國內外著名期刊上發表論文40余篇，并獲得中國發明專利授權4項。他研制成功了國際上增益最高的InGaAs/GaAs量子點激光器和長余輝材料磷光激發光譜測試系統（發明專利）等。此外，徐章程還創作了安慶黃梅音樂歌曲《相伴一生一世》（版權注冊號碼：610001406114）。
