張躍軍,男,1980年生,湖南安仁人,中國科學(xué)院科技政策與管理科學(xué)研究所管理學(xué)博士。北京理工大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,長江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃青年學(xué)者、國家自然基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者,北京市 優(yōu) 秀 人才培養(yǎng)資助計(jì)劃人選。
張躍軍教授主要從事石油金融、碳金融、能源經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)建模等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。現(xiàn)已主持國家萬人計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金等10余項(xiàng),如“中國碳排放配額交易對(duì)碳減排的影響機(jī)制建模及優(yōu)化策略研究”。截至2018年初,張躍軍教授前后發(fā)表論文80余篇,其中SSCI/SCI論文50余篇,論文被美國斯坦福大學(xué)研究生課程列為授課材料,論文獲得Elsevier集團(tuán)的Award for Most Cited 能量 Article from China。主編著作3部;撰寫10余份政策報(bào)告被中央有關(guān)部委采用,部分報(bào)告得到國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人批示。研究成果獲得湖南省社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果一等獎(jiǎng)。
2018年,榮獲教育部高等學(xué)校科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)(排名第一)。
人物簡介
2009年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院科技政策與管理科學(xué)研究所(管理科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)),獲管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。博士畢業(yè)后,進(jìn)入北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院工作,歷任講師、副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。2014年加盟湖南大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院,任教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。2015年獲得湖南省首屆“我最喜愛的青年教師”。
兼任國際能源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會(huì)(IAEE)會(huì)員,中國優(yōu)選法統(tǒng)籌法與經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)學(xué)研究會(huì)能源經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理研究分會(huì)副秘書長、常務(wù)理事,中國系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會(huì)能源資源系統(tǒng)工程分會(huì)常務(wù)理事,中國優(yōu)選法統(tǒng)籌法與經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)學(xué)研究會(huì)青年工作委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員,中國能源研究會(huì)能源系統(tǒng)工程專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員等;SCI期刊Journal of Cleaner Production等9份國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊的客座主編、副主編或編委,40余份國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人;加利福尼亞大學(xué)伯克利分校、勞倫斯伯克利國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪問學(xué)者、新加坡國立大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者,東亞東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心(ERIA)項(xiàng)目專家。
