何欽銘，男，浙江大學計算機學院教授，博士生導師，浙江大學求是特聘學者。他在教育和學術領域擔任多項重要職務，包括教育部高等學校大學計算機課程教學指導委員會副主任委員、全國高校計算機基礎教育研究會副會長、中國人工智能學會機器學習專業(yè)委員會常務理事、浙江省高校計算機類專業(yè)教學指導委員會主任委員、浙江省高校計算機教學研究會會長。何欽銘教授曾任浙江大學計算中心主任、浙江大學國家示范性軟件學院副院長、計算機學院副院長、計算機學院黨委書記、浙江大學信息學部副主任兼信息學部黨工委書記、本科生院副院長、浙江大學求是學院院長、繼續(xù)教育學院院長、全國干部教育培訓浙江大學基地常務副主任。
