A 14 years-old girl, damn pretty and blessed with an impressive voice: that’s elin – the outstanding female newcomer in pop and rock 音樂 from Northern Germany. Her idol is Kelly Clarkson, the internationally famous and successful singer. Similar to her, elin obtained, due to a participation in a singer contest, the chance to sign a recording contract.
In 2004, at the early age of 10, elin had reached the final of one of the biggest fresh talent contests in music business. Jury and viewers were enthused alike. That was the kick-off for elin’s career: producer Peter Ries invited her to his recording studio, where stars such as N’Sync or No Angels had recorded their hits, and stated: “elin is a natural! She knows how to interpret the music with her voice as perfect as if she were an old hand.”
“Better With You” is the first single of elin's debut album “Girl Talk”, which was released on the 18th of May 2007. With this album - its driving beats and its catchy grooves – she advanced to a respectable young rock singer. Listened to her once, you put her in a row with the great young voices of rock from the UK and the US.
Rehearsing is daily business to elin and her band. They put their heart and soul in working on their 音樂 and 表演 This is what you can feel by listening to their songs. From summer 2008, elin and her band-guys Marcus (base guitar, backing vocals), Kolja (guitar, backing vocals), S?nke (guitar) and Toby (drums) will rock the stages all over Germany. They will perform hits from the album “Girl Talk” as well as some brand new songs. elin and her band can’t wait to give a proof of their live-musician quality to their fans. By her charming appearance, the rhythm running in her blood and her qualities as an artist, elin simply is made for the stage!
