張元勛是中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院副院長，執(zhí)行院長，中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)教務(wù)部部長。中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)資源與中國人民大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院的前身是中國科學(xué)院研究生院資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院，2012年6月27日，教育部關(guān)于同意中國科學(xué)院研究生院更名為中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)的函（教發(fā)函[2012]106號），同意中國科學(xué)院研究生院更名為中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)。資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院（以下簡稱資環(huán)學(xué)院）成立于2004年5月，是中國科學(xué)院研究生院11個學(xué)院之一。
