志糜（日語︰ズミ，英文︰Siebold），日本任天堂公司所開發(fā)的《精靈寶可夢》系列游戲中的登場角色。志糜是一名優(yōu)秀的廚師，是卡洛斯地方的水系寶可夢大師，也是卡洛斯地方唯一的一位水系四天王之一。
