吳黎兵，性別男，1972年11月出生，現任武漢大學計算機學院副院長、校工會副主席（兼），民革武漢大學委員會主委，湖北省十二屆青聯委員，博士（畢業于武漢大學計算機應用專業），武漢大學計算機學院教授/博導，IEEE會員，中國計算機學會高級會員，曾任中國計算機學會夏培肅獎 YOCSEF武漢副主席。
