李忠佩，男，廣西桂林市臨桂區人，中國科學院南京土壤研究所創新研究員，博士生導師。他長期從事土壤生物化學、土壤生態學研究，擔任土壤生物與生物化學研究室副主任，土壤有機物質轉化與土壤功能演變研究組負責人，中國植物營養學會土壤肥力專業委員會副主任。李忠佩已發表論文80余篇，其中SCI論文10篇，曾獲國家科學技術進步獎二等獎1次。他的研究領域包括干擾過程與生態系統響應和適應、土壤生物化學過程。
