劉學建，男，漢族，共產黨員，畢業于中國科學院上海硅酸鹽研究所，現任中國科學院上海硅酸鹽研究所研究員，代表作品有《離子摻雜的鋁石榴石納米粉體的制備方法》、《 一種精煉鋼包狹縫式透氣磚用耐火材料及制作方法》、《用于多孔陶瓷制備的有機泡沫模板的處理方法》。

非氧化物先進陶瓷材料的設計、制備、評價及其工程化應用；
先進陶瓷材料的表面改性技術；
光學陶瓷材料的設計、制備與評價技術；
陶瓷材料和部件的無損檢測技術；
