袁曉軍博士曾獲得上海交通大學電子工程系的學士、復旦大學通信工程系的碩士學位，并于2008年獲得香港城市大學電子工程系的博士學位。之后，留在香港城市大學擔任電子工程系的研究員，并于2009年與2010年的春夏兩季以訪問學者的身份訪問夏威夷大學馬諾分校。2011年7月，袁曉軍博士加入香港中文大學，成為網絡編碼研究所的助理教授。袁曉軍博士于2014年7月全職加入上海科技大學信息科學與技術學院任助理教授。
人物經歷
1996年，袁曉軍考進上海交通大學，也有了他的第一部數字手機——經典的摩托羅拉翻蓋手機。好奇心讓袁曉軍認定了電子工程方向。2004年，袁曉軍走進香港城市大學，師從李坪教授，開始研究編碼多天線系統的迭代檢測。
袁曉軍于2008年獲得香港城市大學電子工程系的博士學位。之后，留在香港城市大學擔任電子工程系的研究員，并于2009年與2010年的春夏兩季以訪問學者的身份訪問夏威夷大學馬諾分校。
2011年7月，袁曉軍博士加入香港中文大學，成為網絡編碼研究所的助理教授。2014年7月，袁曉軍博士全職加入上海科技大學信息科學與技術學院任助理教授。
