趙淦森，男，漢族，1977年9月生，東莞市人，研究生，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。
現(xiàn)任廣東省政協(xié)常委，民進(jìn)中央青工委副主任、廣東省委會副主委，華南師范大學(xué)圖書館館長。
個人經(jīng)歷
畢業(yè)于肯特大學(xué)。在英國期間曾任英國Nexor公司的兼職高級安全技術(shù)顧問、甲骨文公司英國(Oracle UK）高級工程師。
現(xiàn)擔(dān)任中國大數(shù)據(jù)專家委員會委員、中國CIE云計算專家委員會專家委員、中國CSIP云計算研究中心專家、中國辦公自動化專委會委員、ISO/IEC國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中國代表團(tuán)成員、廣東省計算機(jī)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全專業(yè)技術(shù)委員會成員、粵港云計算服務(wù)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)專家委員會委員、廣東省計算機(jī)學(xué)會常務(wù)理事、中國計算機(jī)學(xué)會青年計算機(jī)科技論壇（CCF YOCSEF）廣州市的主席等。?
組織和主持國際學(xué)術(shù)會議10余個，包括ICPCA09, ICPCA10, SecSE09, SecSE11, Cloudcom2009, Cloudcom2010, CCS2010, InterCloud2011, InterCloud2010, EuroPKI2005, CMS2004, LBS2010。近年在國際上出版論文集、書（章）等11篇（本、章），國際權(quán)威刊物上發(fā)表云計算和信息安全相關(guān)論文50余篇。作為中國代表團(tuán)成員在國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織（ISO）參與云計算與信息安全相關(guān)的國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工作。
主持和參與了國家科技支撐計劃、國家發(fā)改委信息安全專項、中國國家自然科學(xué)國家自然科學(xué)基金青年科學(xué)基金項目管理辦法、教育部-中國移動通信集團(tuán)聯(lián)合基金項目、教育部博士點項目、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金團(tuán)隊項目、廣東省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)核心技術(shù)攻關(guān)項目、廣東省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)專項資金高端新型電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)項目、粵港關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域重點突破項目、廣東省科學(xué)院全面戰(zhàn)略合作重大項目、廣東省科技計劃項目、廣東省高等學(xué)校人才引進(jìn)專項資金項目、廣州市珠江科技新星項目以及國際合作項目等十多項科研項目。
2021年10月，趙淦森就職于華南師范大學(xué)，趙淦森入職以后，在不到三年的時間內(nèi)，協(xié)助華南師大在云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)等領(lǐng)域，在華南地區(qū)獲得明顯突出的科研優(yōu)勢和成績。也是這短短三年的積淀，讓趙淦森從講師破格晉升為教授。

2001年1月-2003年9月，華南理工科技發(fā)展有限公司。任系統(tǒng)分析員。
2004年6月-2007年11月，英國Nexor公司，任高級安全技術(shù)顧問。
2005年1月-2007年6月，英國肯特大學(xué)，任兼職講師。
2007年4月-2008年3月，英國甲骨文公司，任高級工程師。
2008年2月-2010年3月，中山大學(xué)（短聘教師）。
2010年1月起，歷任華南師范大學(xué)副教授、教授。
2022年6月，中國民主促進(jìn)會廣東省委會副主委。
政協(xié)第十三屆廣東省委員會常務(wù)委員。

2022年6月26日，民進(jìn)廣東省第九屆委員會第一次全體會議選舉產(chǎn)生了新一屆省委會常務(wù)委員會和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子，趙淦森當(dāng)選為副主任委員。

主要的研究方向是信息安全、云計算和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等。

主要研究成果有大數(shù)據(jù)處理和挖掘、云計算基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施平臺、虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全云技術(shù)、步進(jìn)式加密、可信虛擬化環(huán)境、面向物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)流處理平臺、侵犯用戶隱私的程序行為分析等。
