齊樂華，女，1957年出生，黨員。西北工業大學機電學院教授、博士生導師，機械制造及自動化學科負責人，機械工程及自動化系主任。全國百篇優秀博士論文獲得者，陜西省教學名師。
主要從事制造（成形）過程仿真與智能控制、微制造系統與納米技術、半固態成形工藝及理論、計算機應用與機電一體化等方面的研究工作。
教學工作
培養碩士研究生35人，博士研究生15人。面向本科生、碩士生、博士生開設《機械制造基礎》、《液壓傳動與控制》、《近/凈成型工藝基礎與新技術》、《模糊理論與神經網絡原理及應用》等6門課程。
學術成果
主編教材和電子教材3部，獲陜西省教學成果獎1項。先后主持國家自然基金、國防預研基金、航空科學基金以及863項目等20余項研究課題，在國內外發表學術論文100余篇（SCI收錄30篇、EI收錄55篇）。
