研究興趣
1 水稻功能基因組研究：主要是水稻基因組中與核糖核酸介導的沉默途徑有關基因的功能分析。
2 植物遠緣雜種及多倍體基因組分子進化機制的研究：主要是表觀遺傳學在植物基因組進化中的作用。

1. 與水稻野敗型細胞質雄性不育有關的線粒體脫氧核糖核酸片段的克隆與功能分析，中國博士后科學基金，1萬元，2003－2004年；
2. 一個受熱激表達上調的水稻ARGONAUTE蛋白基因的功能分析，華南農業大學校長基金（校長科學基金），10萬元，2008-2010；
3. 水稻ARGONAUTE蛋白基因與熱激脅迫關系的研究，廣東省高等學校人才引進專項資金，（已批準），20萬元，2009－2011；
