間座殼科（學名：Diaporthaceae）為子囊菌門的一科真菌。
形態特征
子囊果單生或成堆地埋生在子座內，往往有長或短的喙部，具孔口。
子囊單層壁，壁薄，但在子囊頂部變厚成一頂環，頂部構造遇碘不變成藍色，成熟時不消解，但早期即可從柄部脫落，在子囊果腔內成一粘團，從子囊果孔口出來后將子囊孢子射出。
子囊孢子單胞或有隔膜。無真正的側絲。分布廣，多為腐生，也有些是植物病原菌。
