創作背景
《Yeah!》是亞瑟小子專輯《Confessions》中最后一首被收錄的歌曲。在專輯即將完成時，詞曲創作者肖恩·加勒特被詢問是否能提供一首適合作為專輯首支單曲的作品。由于專輯中其他歌曲風格偏向節奏布魯斯，肖恩決定創作一首具有動感的歌曲。在創作過程中，肖恩的兄弟提醒他幾年前曾寫過一些“內容瘋狂”的歌曲，其中就包括了《Yeah!》的原型。在聽過歌曲原型后，L.A. 瑞德認為歌曲需要更深入的歌詞和故事性，于是肖恩對歌曲進行了改編。同時，利爾·喬恩不僅是合作歌手，還擔任了歌曲的制作人。在歌曲完成創作之前，他提供了一份類似的伴奏給Jive唱片。但在完成后，發現Jive唱片旗下藝人皮蒂·巴勃羅的《Freek-A-Leek》使用了相同的節奏，Jive唱片堅持不放棄《Freek-A-Leek》，因此喬恩對《Yeah!》的伴奏進行了調整。

《Yeah!》的音樂錄影帶由Director X執導，在美國洛杉磯一處藝術畫廊內拍攝完成。錄影帶中，亞瑟小子在舞池中被一位女性吸引并與其共舞，以及他在藍色和綠色的鐳射光前舞蹈的畫面。錄影帶中還出現了合作者利爾·喬恩和盧達·克里斯。這支音樂錄影帶借鑒了邁克爾·杰克遜《Rock With You》的音樂錄影帶。導演Director X在拍攝前并未考慮到這些因素，但在拍攝過程中，他突然想起了《Rock With You》的錄影帶，于是以此作為拍攝的參考。
