主要成就

科研成就

科研方向

近十年一直從事新型有機(jī)污染物環(huán)境污染與健康方面的研究,課題組圍繞多種新型污染物(全/多化合物、磷系阻燃劑、雙酚類物質(zhì)、苯系紫外吸收劑、新煙堿類農(nóng)藥及高氯酸鹽)建立了痕量/超痕量水平的分析技術(shù);基于此,一方面探尋適用于新型污染物的人群暴露評(píng)估體系,篩選出主要外暴露來(lái)源;另一方面揭示人體內(nèi)暴露過(guò)程(主要是胎盤傳遞與機(jī)體代謝過(guò)程)中物質(zhì)傳輸?shù)挠绊懸蛩丶白饔脵C(jī)制。開展的工作包括:1)基于質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的痕量有機(jī)化合物分析技術(shù);2)人體外暴露(食物性來(lái)源解析)與內(nèi)暴露(代謝及胎兒暴露)特征及作用機(jī)制;3)人體內(nèi)暴露過(guò)程“靶標(biāo)物”與“人體微生物生態(tài)”的交互作用及其機(jī)理。
