1962年 4月生，漢族，湖南漢壽人。博士 , 研 究 員。長期從事油氣地質(zhì)及地球化學(xué)研究，主要學(xué)術(shù)成績包括：提出了瀝青質(zhì)及海相鏡質(zhì)體反射率等新的成熟度指標(biāo)，在一定程度上解決了早古生代烴源巖成熟度的評(píng)價(jià)；提出了復(fù)合型含油氣系統(tǒng)的概念與研究思路；在國內(nèi)較早開展生烴動(dòng)力學(xué)及碳同位素動(dòng)力學(xué)研究，建立起了典型烴源巖生烴及甲烷分餾碳同位素動(dòng)力學(xué)模型；應(yīng)用這些方法研究了塔里木盆地、鄂爾多斯市、鶯-瓊等盆地、勝利油田臨南洼陷某些復(fù)雜油氣藏的油氣源、運(yùn)聚效率、成藏期次與時(shí)間、充注模式等疑難問題，并取得了一定的應(yīng)用效果。共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100多篇，其中SCI論文30多篇，主持并完成國家油氣攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目、“973”項(xiàng)目、中國科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金、廣東省科技攻關(guān)、三大中國石油天然氣集團(tuán)有限公司委托課題20多項(xiàng)。獲國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)（排名第四）、廣東省自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)（分別排名第三與第四）。
