《3AM》是由陳詠謙、Ghost Style作詞，AGA（江海迦）作曲并演唱的一首歌曲，發(fā)行于2017年04月14日。《3AM（Demo Version）》發(fā)行于2017年05月25日。2017年12月11日，該歌曲榮獲Billboard Radio China 2017年度粵語(yǔ)十大金曲獎(jiǎng)。這首輕快的歌曲收錄在AGA的個(gè)人大碟Luna內(nèi)，featuring Ghost Style，由她親自作曲、陳詠謙填詞、編曲Yusuke Hatano、監(jiān)制舒文。《3AM》一經(jīng)推出便大受歡迎，成為AGA繼《一》后的街知巷聞大熱作品，取得三臺(tái)冠軍歌的成績(jī)，并榮獲2017年叱咤樂壇專業(yè)推介叱咤十大－第六位及香港電臺(tái)十大中文金曲。截至2023年11月，歌曲在YouTube上的MV已錄得超過700萬(wàn)次點(diǎn)擊率。
《3AM》有幾個(gè)不同的版本。除了正式的版本之外，亦公開了一直大受歡迎的Demo版本，并上載至各大音樂平臺(tái)。由她親自填詞的全英文版本中，副歌的第一句“It's 3 a.m. in the morning and I don't know how to say goodbye”最終亦保留在正式的版本當(dāng)中。
創(chuàng)作背景
跟隨著AGA的聲線，感受一段感情的拉扯。當(dāng)愛情變成感情，勉強(qiáng)一起假開心，其實(shí)比分開更難受。忙碌的生活讓人無(wú)暇思考工作以外的事，直到凌晨時(shí)分躺在床上，才真正花時(shí)間去思索與身邊人的關(guān)系。是否應(yīng)該讓大家解脫。凌晨時(shí)分是AGA最多創(chuàng)作靈感的時(shí)間，新歌亦由此而來(lái)。《3AM》是AGA最喜歡的90年代R&B曲風(fēng)，特地找來(lái)日本人Yusuke Hatano編曲，希望在Urban美式風(fēng)格中加入日式元素。今次亦是AGA第一次與GHOST STYLE合作，《3AM》中的一段英文Rap獨(dú)白，令歌曲更具特色，亦加強(qiáng)了曲中滲透的"3AM vibe"。《3AM》的創(chuàng)作方向是一首對(duì)香港人很有共鳴感的“夜間題材”歌曲，由于香港人習(xí)慣晚睡，而歌詞的主角亦是選擇在夜間與男友分手，因此選擇了夜里的一個(gè)“臨界點(diǎn)”凌晨3點(diǎn) (3AM)。
歌手簡(jiǎn)介
AGA（Agatha Kong，1988年1月21日－），真名江海迦，香港特別行政區(qū)創(chuàng)作女歌手，混血兒。擁有西班牙血統(tǒng)，師承舒文，于2013年正式出道，其唱片公司為環(huán)球唱片。作品有《哈啰》等。Ghost Style是香港本土的一位說唱歌手兼制作人。Ghost Style真名叫作Brandon Ho，1973年12月28日出生于加拿大的蒙特利爾。曾于2002年發(fā)行的香港第一張英文說唱專輯《Ghost Style's Alias》。

MV由環(huán)球唱片的年輕男歌手周殷廷執(zhí)導(dǎo)，由AGA親自擔(dān)任女主角，男主角則是其前緋聞男友林德信。在YouTube推出短短一星期，已錄得超過40萬(wàn)點(diǎn)擊率，截至2022年7月已錄得超過660萬(wàn)次點(diǎn)擊。
