《普世歡騰》（Joy to the World）是著名的圣誕頌歌之一，歌詞于1719年由英國公理會牧師、詩人艾薩克·瓦茨根據舊約圣經的《詩篇》第98章所創作。所要傳達的信息是歡樂和愛取代了罪與憂愁。關于作曲有兩個版本，早期的版本源自于格奧爾格·亨德爾的清唱劇《彌賽亞》第33節中的“抬起你們的頭”（Lift up your heads），歌詞取自舊約圣經的《詩篇》第24章第7節至第10節；現在普遍流行的版本是19世紀的美國銀行家和宗教作曲家洛厄爾·梅森根據亨德爾的“彌賽亞合唱第33節”樂曲風格，于1848年為《普世歡騰》重新譜寫的樂曲，這首經過改編后的樂曲除了每逢圣誕節期間廣為流傳之外，在基督教教會（包括天主教和新教）中也經常用作教會的唱詩音樂。當代流行音樂歌手瑪利亞·凱麗也翻唱過。
