張廣照，男，1966年生，籍貫山東省，教授，博導，中共黨員，現為華南理工大學材料學院教授，博士生導師。
人物經歷
1983-1987, 四川大學高分子材料系, 工學學士。
1987-1990, 中國科學院廣州化學研究所, 理學碩士，專業高分子化學與物理。1995-1998, 復旦大學高分子科學系, 理學博士, 專業高分子化學與物理。
1990-1995, 中國科學院廣州化學研究所, 助理研究員，從事有機高分子化合物灌漿材料的研究。
1999-2001, 香港中文大學化學系, 博士后。
2001-2002, 美國馬薩諸塞大學阿默斯特分校高分子科學與工程系, 博士后。
2002年起，中國科學技術大學物理系, 教授；合肥微尺度物質科學國家實驗室, 研究員。
2010開始，華南理工大學材料科學與工程學院, 教授。
主講課程
先后為本科生講授“物理化學”, “高分子物理”, “材料化學”; 為研究生講授“高分子凝聚態物理”, “高分子科學與工程進展”。
研究方向
研究方向為有機高分子化合物界面
專長于石英晶體微天平、微量量熱、超速離心分析和激光光散射等高分子表征技術, 長期從事高分子構象變化與相互作用的基礎研究，近年致力于海洋防污高分子材料和聚合物混凝土等界面材料的研究。
現研究領域
(1) 海洋防污高分子材料(2) 聚電解質的結構與性能(3) 聚合物混凝土(4) 高性能纖維聚合物的合成。
先后承擔國家自然科學基金、科技部973和中國科學院知識創新工程等項目。
主要貢獻
已發表在Macromolecules, J. Phys. Chem., Langmuir等專業期刊和Physics Review Letters, Journal of American Chemical Society, Accounts of Chemical Research, Advances in 均聚物 Science, Advanced Materials等期刊上(130余篇)，申請發明專利6項(4項已授權)。
