Strangers出自Halsey第二張專輯《hopeless fountain kingdom》，是第13首曲目，于2017年5月26日發行。由Fifth Harmony成員Lauren Jauregui參與合唱。Halsey在電臺采訪中透露這是一首LGBT Love Song。由于這是一張概念專輯，所以歌曲也和羅密歐與朱麗葉有關。
