焦玉勇,男,1968年生,山東鄒平人,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨員,巖土工程博士,學(xué)科首席教授(二級(jí)),博士生導(dǎo)師。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)(武漢)工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、黨委副書(shū)記,巖土力學(xué)與工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室非連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)與工程學(xué)科方向組組長(zhǎng)。曾獲得百千萬(wàn)人才工程國(guó)家級(jí)人選、國(guó)家有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專(zhuān)家等榮譽(yù)。

焦玉勇兼任中國(guó)巖石力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)(CSRME)理事、副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)、國(guó)際部副部長(zhǎng),CSRME地下工程分會(huì)常務(wù)理事、副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng),CSRME地面專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)秘書(shū)長(zhǎng),湖北省巖石力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng),湖北力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)理事。兼任《巖土力學(xué)》《The Open Mineral Processing Journal》編委,以及《International Journal of Geomechanics-ASCE》(SCI期刊)、《地下空間與工程學(xué)報(bào)》編委、國(guó)際巖石力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)DDA專(zhuān)委會(huì)創(chuàng)始委員。長(zhǎng)期致力于巖土力學(xué)數(shù)值計(jì)算理論和應(yīng)用、破碎地層控制、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害防治研究工作,以及地下空間工程、巖土工程高性能科學(xué)計(jì)算等方面的研究。目前,主持科技部“973”課題1項(xiàng),國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng)(重點(diǎn)1項(xiàng)、面上5項(xiàng))、國(guó)務(wù)院三建委項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、重大工程項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)。獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(排名2、10)、湖北省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(排名1、4)。主編國(guó)家行業(yè)規(guī)范2部;合作出版專(zhuān)著3部、譯著1部,發(fā)表SCI論文72篇(第一/通訊作者50篇,被Web of Science他引700余次,H-Index=17)。獲軟件著作權(quán)登記8項(xiàng),授權(quán)(理)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利20余項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)博士后、博士、碩士生(含留學(xué)生)43名。
