性質
熔點236~237℃。
易溶于熱水,溶于熱乙醇,不溶于乙醚。遇三氯化鐵呈褐色。由鎂及鹽酸還原,呈紅色。在堿溶液中通入二氧化碳,也不析出。加2%鹽酸或硫酸進行水解時,產生橘皮素、葡萄糖、鼠李糖各1分子。
用途
有治愈毛細血管的脆性和血漿中蛋白質通透性過高的作用。曾被稱為維持毛細血管通透性維生素或蘆丁。
