邱騰,1979年5月生,教授。2007年7月博士畢業于南京大學物理學院凝聚態物理專業。多次赴香港城市大學物理與材料系參與合作研究,主要從事國家優先發展方向硅基納米半導體發光材料的微結構和發光機理以及貴金屬表面增強拉曼散射特性的研究。

邱 騰 在Mater. Sci. Eng. R, PRL, Small, APL等國際核心學術期刊發表SCI收錄論文40余篇。2008年受聘為Recent Patents on Nanotechnology雜志編委,3rd IEEE International NanoElectronics Conference納米光電子分會主席。目前承擔國家自然科學基金與教育部博士學科點專項科研基金各1項。

2002年6月本科畢業于南京大學基礎學科教育學院(現匡亞明學院)理科強化班,獲理學學士。2007年6月于南京大學物理學系(現物理學院)凝聚態物理專業博士研究生畢業, 獲理學博士學位。多次赴香港城市大學物理與材料系參與合作研究。近年來主要從事表面增強光譜的應用研究,在國際核心學術期刊發表SCI收錄論文50余篇,現正主持國家和江蘇省自然科學基金3項,教育部高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金1項;作為課題組主要成員參與重大軍工項目1項,校重大科學研究引導基金1項。2007年應邀為材料類國際頂級學術期刊Materials Science and Engineering R: Reports撰寫了綜述性封面文章;2008年受聘為Recent Patents on Nanotechnology雜志編委,同年獲“985工程”項目近300萬基金支持,啟動了納米光電子學研究;2009年入選校優秀青年教師教學科研資助計劃;2010年受聘為3 IEEE International NanoElectronics Conference納米光子學分會主席,Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology特邀編委(Guest Editor, the special issue of Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology for IEEE INEC 2010),同年獲德國洪堡基金會資助以洪堡學者身份赴德國萊布尼茲固體材料研究所參與短期合作科研。
