《Work From Home》是美國(guó)女子組合五美（Fifth Harmony）與說(shuō)唱男歌手Ty Dolla$ign合作演唱的一首歌曲，由阿莫、朱迪·德莫斯特、Ty Dolla$ign等填詞，阿莫、Dallas K譜曲，作為五美的第二張錄音室專輯《7/27》的首發(fā)單曲，于2016年2月26日發(fā)行。
2016年7月31日，該歌曲獲得由美國(guó)青少年選擇獎(jiǎng)授予的組合歌曲直選、夏日歌曲直選兩項(xiàng)提名。
創(chuàng)作背景
《Work From Home》最初命名為《Work》，但是創(chuàng)作人為了避免聽(tīng)者與巴巴多斯女歌手蕾哈娜與加拿大男歌手德雷克合作的同名歌曲《Work》混淆，選用《Work From Home》作其歌名。五美組合成員黛安娜·簡(jiǎn)很欣賞Ty Dolla $ign，她認(rèn)為Ty Dolla $ign能掌握好該歌曲，因此她在征求其他成員的意見(jiàn)后，邀請(qǐng)Ty Dolla $ign來(lái)合作演唱該曲。

歌曲鑒賞
從現(xiàn)代流行音樂(lè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)看，《Work From Home》的Beat是相當(dāng)普通的，大體上缺乏區(qū)分度，而且和《Work》大同小異的副歌比較無(wú)聊，在背景音樂(lè)上沒(méi)有有意義的變化。Ty Dolla $ign在這首歌中顯得格格不入，他失去了深沉的情感的特點(diǎn)，仿佛變成了另一個(gè)說(shuō)唱歌手，總之，幾乎所有人都沒(méi)有發(fā)揮最佳狀態(tài)。歌曲最大的亮點(diǎn)是主歌的聲樂(lè)旋律，有趣的地方是，歌曲的第二段主歌有一些吱吱聲。

《Work From Home》的MV由Director X執(zhí)導(dǎo)拍攝，于2016年2月26日首播。該MV隨著一袋印有該曲曲名、演唱者名及導(dǎo)演名的水泥開(kāi)始，五美的成員卡米拉·卡貝洛、諾曼妮·漢密爾頓、羅倫·豪瑞吉、艾麗·布魯克、黛安娜·簡(jiǎn)先后出場(chǎng)，她們先后到烈日當(dāng)空的工地、昏暗的房屋上舞蹈，同身強(qiáng)力壯的建筑工人一起做著用混凝土攪拌機(jī)攪泥、設(shè)計(jì)藍(lán)圖等工活。
