周立，男，上海人，現任政協上海市第十四屆委員會常務委員，華東師范大學副教授，美國地球物理學會會員，國際空間科學學會（COSPAR）會員，太陽活動驅動氣候變化機制國際合作研究小組成員。

研究方向
空間高能粒子對類地行星表層環境系統的影響
1、全球變化空間天氣影響機制:
1）太陽活動驅動氣候變化機制研究；（與美國德克薩斯大學合作）。
2）太陽活動與火山活動對氣候系統影響的耦合機制；（與美國德克薩斯大學、俄羅斯圣彼得堡大學等合作）。
3）1萬年以來超高分辨率宇宙射線通量變化研究；（與東京大學合作）。
2、現代環境過程：
1）亞洲季風環境對大氣汞循環的影響；
2）水體、沉積物中的天然膠體物質對重金屬循環的影響；
3）短時間尺度氣候變化對西南季風系統的影響及其對我國南方喀斯特區域環境的影響；
火星磁場演化過程中空間粒子對其表層環境系統的影響。
