殷紹唐,男,1944年出生,晶體生長專業(yè)碩士研究生畢業(yè),博士生導師。他的研究領(lǐng)域主要集中在激光及功能晶體材料的生長、生長機理和物性,目前主要從事新型激光晶體的研究工作。
人物經(jīng)歷
殷紹唐于1968年畢業(yè)于內(nèi)蒙古大學,1981年在中國科技大學研究生院(北京)完成學業(yè)。自1981年起,他一直在中科院安徽光機所晶體材料實驗室工作。
殷紹唐自1983年起,承擔和參與了十多個國家級科研項目,包括"國家科技攻關(guān)""國家自然科學基金""863"計劃和"中國科學院星重點課題"等。殷紹唐教授已培養(yǎng)出8名博士研究生和11名碩士研究生。
獲得榮譽
殷紹唐教授在晶體生長領(lǐng)域的研究成果獲得了多項榮譽,包括:
- “優(yōu)質(zhì)提拉法激光紅寶石晶體生長研究”獲得中科院科技進步二等獎;
- “高FOM值摻鈦寶石晶體生長研究和高功率寬帶可調(diào)諧鈦寶石激光器研究”獲得中科院科技進步一等獎;
- “優(yōu)質(zhì)摻鈦寶石晶體研制”獲得國家科技進步二等獎(兩單位聯(lián)合);
- “高能量閃光燈泵浦摻鈦寶石激光器研究”獲得中科院科技進步二等獎。
