鄧啟紅，男，中南大學“升華學者”特聘教授、博士生導師。全國優秀博士學位論文獲得者（2005年）、2005年入選教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃。中國能源學會常務理事、中國環境科學學會室內環境與健康分會理事、中國制冷學會學術工作委員會委員中國能源研究會熱力學及工程應用專業委員會委員。現任中國能源學會常務理事、中國環境學會室內環境與健康分會理事、中國制冷學會學術工作委員會委員、中國能源研究會熱力學及工程應用專業委員會委員、《建筑熱能通風空調》期刊編委、國際期刊《Journal of the IEST》編委。2007年 中南大學“升華學者”特聘教授，
