夏立忠

夏立忠,男,博士,正高級工程師,歷任常熟生態實驗站辦公室主任(1996~2004年)、歸實驗站常務副站長和站長(2004~2013年),曾參加國家“八七”科技扶貧工作。長期從事水土流失與面源污染防治、農田生態系統養分循環的研究和區域農業生態環境監測。主持或作為技術骨干參加完成來自國家科技攻關項目、國家基金委自然基金面上項目、國務院三峽工程建設委員會三峽工程生態環境監測系統監測項目和研究專項、中國科學院重大項目、中國科學院知識創新項目、中國科學院西部行動計劃創新項目等各類項目近30項。立足于三峽庫首區域山地立體利用與水土流失、面源污染治理,構建了消落區的植被過濾帶與清潔生產技術相結合的生態保護模式,柑橘屬產業帶的植物籬技術與水肥一體化技術相配套的高效循環農業模式,傳統農業坡耕地的保護性耕作加植物籬技術的生態保護模式。曾在貝爾法斯特女王大學從事訪問研究。發表各類學術論文53篇,其中SCI收錄15篇,EI收錄2篇,中文核心期刊論文33篇。參加已出版發行3部專著的編寫。申請發明專利3項,獲得專利授權1項。
