張緒穆

張緒穆,1961年10月出生于湖北省鄂州市,是一位著名的配位化合物金屬有機化學家。他曾在武漢大學、中國科學院福建物質結構研究所、加利福尼亞大學-圣地亞哥分校斯坦福大學學習,并于1992年獲得博士學位。他曾在美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學和羅格斯-羅格斯大學擔任終身教授,并于2015至2018年間擔任南方科技大學化學系講座教授及系主任。他長期致力于手性藥物的綠色、催化不對稱合成,以及不對稱氫化和手性膦配體兩個領域的研究。他還是南方科技大學化學系系主任、綠色催化研究所所長、賓州州立大學教授、坪山生物醫藥研究院院長等職位的擔任者。他于2022年當選為俄羅斯工程院外籍院士,同年當選為中國化學會會士。

人物經歷

張緒穆,1982年畢業于武漢大學化學系,獲學士,1992年畢業于斯坦福大學(Stanford)化學系,獲博士學位。1992年至1994年在斯坦福大學(Stanford University)化學系做博士后研究。1994年至1999年于賓夕法尼亞州立大學(Penn State University)任助理教授,1999年至2003年于賓州州立大學(Penn State University)任副教授,2003年9月至今于賓州州立大學(Penn State University)任教授。已發表文章90多篇,專利及專利申請42件,曾多次被邀請在國際會議上做報告(正式受邀演講:210次,其他受邀演講:75次)。并且是美國凱瑞生化有限公司(Chiral Quest Inc)的創始人和首席技術總監。

2015年,就任南方科技大學化學系系主任。
