陸君濤，1941年6月出生，1963年畢業于武漢大學化學系，留校工作至今，從事電化學科研和教學。曾任國家自然科學基金委員會化學部（物理化學）評委（第3、4、7、8屆）。
1981－1983年作為公費訪問學者在美國Case Western Reserve University學習2年；1988－1989年作為中英獎學金資助的高級訪問學者在英國Southampton University學習半年。現為中國化學會電化學委員會常務副主任，《化學學報》《Chinese Journal of Chemistry》《電化學》編委。

陸君濤教授主持和參與了多項科研項目，包括燃料電池催化劑、燃料電池新型催化劑Ford－中國發展項目、氧還原電催化的ESR研究、電化學集成器件的基礎研究、氣敏微電極的電極過程研究、電極/溶液界面的FTIR、電極表面的現場電子自旋共振研究、電化學現場分子水平信息的檢測與理論、固體聚合物電解質氣體傳感器基礎研究、鋰嵌入碳的電子自旋共振研究以及小型化大功率脈沖電池電極材料及其工藝技術等。
主要獲獎
陸君濤教授的主要獲獎包括國家自然科學三等獎《表面活性物質在電極上的吸附規律及電催化和光電化學》（1987，第二作者）和寶鋼優秀教師獎（1988）。
