龍花樓，男，中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所創新基地研究員，博士生導師，農業地理與鄉村發展研究室副主任。
人物介紹
其主要從事鄉村發展與土地利用方面的研究，包括：
（1）鄉村轉型發展與鄉村重構；
（2）統籌城鄉發展與農村土地整治；
（3）土地利用變化與土地利用轉型。

學術研究成就：
在國內較早開展土地利用轉型研究，提出采用樣帶和橫向比較的方法研究中國土地利用轉型；基于鄉村地域系統詮釋了城鎮化進程中農村宅基地管理辦法轉型的基礎理論以及空心村發展階段的演化模式；基于土地利用轉型的視角研究我國鄉村轉型發展并界定劃分了轉型進程中的鄉村發展類型，探討了我國鄉村轉型發展進程中的區域差異、土地利用問題及相關政策。
主持中國科學院知識創新工程重要方向項目，國家自然科學基金重點項目課題、面上項目、青年基金，國土資源部科技專項重點課題、“百人計劃”項目，國家科技支撐計劃項目專題，環境保護部重大項目專題等10余項省部級重點科技項目。研究成果為國家有關部門決策提供了參考。
出版專著3部，副主編3部，在國內外學術刊物發表論文110余篇，其中在國際SCI/SSCI源刊發表第一作者論文11篇。
