饒妮妮，電子科技大學生命科學與技術學院教授，博士生導師。在國內外核心刊物、國際國內學術會議上發表涉及信號與信息處理、生物信息學、生物醫學工程、移動通信和教學研究論文40多篇。主持和參加國家重大工程項目、自然科學基金、橫向合作項目等科研項目十余項。主編教材1部，參加編寫教材2部，主講課程多門，獲省級教學成果二等獎和三等獎各1項（均排名第 一）。四川省精品課程負責人、四川省有突出貢獻的優秀專家、四川省學術與技術帶頭人后備人選、國際科技合作計劃項目評價專家（2005年）、四川省教育系統女教職工先進個人（2003）。
