邊繼明,1973年生,現(xiàn)任大連理工大學(xué)物理與光電工程學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。他曾被遼寧省百千萬人才工程“百人層次”入選,并被評(píng)為大連市首批領(lǐng)軍后備人才。此外,他還曾擔(dān)任該學(xué)院副教授一職。

個(gè)人簡歷

1998年獲大連輕工學(xué)院無機(jī)非金屬材料專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位, 2005年獲中國科學(xué)院上海硅酸鹽研究所材料科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。2005年6月通過大連理工大學(xué)特殊評(píng)審為副教授, 2008年6月通過大連理工大學(xué)特殊評(píng)審為博士生導(dǎo)師。博士期間(2002-2005)起一直從事新一代寬帶隙半導(dǎo)體氧化鋅光電材料與器件的研究工作。參加過中科院百人計(jì)劃基金、國家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市科委光科技行動(dòng)計(jì)劃等多項(xiàng)科研課題, 已在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物和會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文近50篇。在ZnO材料與光電器件方面

獲得了國際水平的原創(chuàng)性研究成果, 多篇論文在國際權(quán)威刊物美國應(yīng)用物理快報(bào)(Applied Physics Letters)上發(fā)表。另外, 申請(qǐng)者2008至2009年曾在新西蘭奧克蘭大學(xué)國際納米材料與器件專家WeiGao教授(新西蘭皇家科學(xué)院院士)研究組訪學(xué)一年, 專門從事一維ZnO 納米線/棒的生長和發(fā)光器件研究。擔(dān)任國家自然科學(xué)基金同行評(píng)議專家,中科院國際材料物理中心協(xié)作成員等職。遼寧省百千萬人才工程“千人層次”入選者。
