吳小志,男,1983年2月生,2004年7月獲重慶大學(xué)應(yīng)用物理學(xué)士,2009年7月獲重慶大學(xué)凝聚態(tài)物理博士學(xué)位。2009年9月至今任重慶大學(xué)物理學(xué)院物理系教師。2010年6月遴選為碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,2010年10月破格副教授。

材料物理性質(zhì)的第一性原理研究

科研情況

從事凝聚態(tài)物理和材料科學(xué)交叉領(lǐng)域的研究工作,主要涉及位錯(cuò)、層錯(cuò)、孿晶界等微觀缺陷及其與高性能材料性質(zhì)相關(guān)的研究,關(guān)注電子層次的理解,強(qiáng)調(diào)理論模擬與實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的思路。已發(fā)表SCI檢索論文40余篇,在美國(guó)Nova出版社參編專著一章。Acta Mater.,JACS,Philos.
