陳敬安，男，1973年12月出生，現任地球化學研究所副所長，環境地球化學國家重點實驗室研究員，博士生導師。2010年，陳敬安以“貴州紅楓湖沉積物內源磷釋放機制與原位鈍化技術研究”獲“西部之光”重點項目資助，并于2014年在中國科學院組織的“西部之光”評審會上被評為優秀，獲得后續擇優支持。
