沈琪，女，1940年1月出生于上海市，畢業于南開大學，曾擔任蘇州大學化學化工學院院長。
主要研究方向是金屬有機化學，包括稀土和過渡金屬配位化合物的合成、結構及其在有機和高分子合成中的應用。

1979年～1981年原西德馬普煤炭研究所訪問學者。
1981年9月～1993年8月在中國科學院長春應用化學研究所工作，任金屬有機化學研究室主任，
1990年被國務院聘為博士生導師。
1991年10月～1992年4月莫納什大學化學系訪問教授。
1995年～1998年擔任蘇州大學化學化工學院院長。
2008年10月21日沈琪參加中國科學院有機化學研究所承辦的第十五屆全國金屬有機化學學術討論會。
主要成就
已經在國內外的核心期刊上發表學術論文200多篇，參編著作6本。目前主要研究方向是金屬有機化學，包括稀土和過渡金屬配位化合物的合成、結構及其在有機和高分子合成中的應用。
