龐標，1963年10月出生，男，北京龐標律師事務(wù)所主任，中華全國律協(xié)民事專業(yè)委員會副主任，中國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會法律事務(wù)專業(yè)委員會秘書長。高級律師，法學教授，政協(xié)委員。1981年入南開大學法學系，畢業(yè)后留校任教。
個人履歷
1986年開始在律師事務(wù)所實習，1988年通過全國首屆律師資格考試。
從此一邊在高等學府任教，一邊作兼職律師，期間，辦理了大量刑事、民事案件。
1998年辭職，創(chuàng)辦合作制律師事務(wù)所——天津長纓律師事務(wù)所。
2004年，轉(zhuǎn)入北京市執(zhí)業(yè)。
多次被評為優(yōu)秀律師、文明律師、人民滿意律師，
2001年被司法部、全國律協(xié)、中國中央電視臺聯(lián)合評為全國首屆榮譽律師，
2005年榮登中國律師風云榜，
2006年315年度報告中評為“2005年度全國十大最令人感動的維權(quán)人物”，
2007年初被《新世紀周刊》評選為“2006年度人物”。自2007年擔任中央電視臺CCTV12法律講堂欄目主講人
2007年創(chuàng)辦北京龐標律師事務(wù)以及中國侵權(quán)網(wǎng)。
2008年3月被評為北京市市區(qū)十佳律師。
2008年9月被評選為“北京市司法行政系統(tǒng)奧運會工作先進個人”。
2010、2011年榮北京市級優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員；
2011年1月被評為北京市百名優(yōu)秀刑辯律師。
