樂(lè)曲背景
有許多的“Chiquitita”的初步版本存在。其中有一個(gè)修訂版中的聲音，是受由Simon和Garfunkel1978年十二月錄制1979年一月發(fā)行的秘魯歌曲“El Condor Pasa（If I Could）”的啟發(fā)。
隨著英文版的成功，ABBA也錄制了“Chiquitita”在西班牙語(yǔ)版本。

ABBA是瑞典的流行組合，成立于1972年。樂(lè)隊(duì)名稱來(lái)自于四名成員的姓名前字母的縮寫(xiě)的組合，這兩男兩女在事業(yè)走上坡路時(shí)曾是兩對(duì)夫妻，在事業(yè)開(kāi)始下坡時(shí)又分別勞燕分飛，是流行音樂(lè)史上著名的夫妻組合也是著名的離婚組合。ABBA于1982年解散。

“Chiquitita”是ABBA的最棒的單曲之一。它作為1979年聯(lián)合國(guó)兒童基金會(huì)的慈善活動(dòng)的象征物，通過(guò)聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)在世界范圍聞名。作為這一事件的直接結(jié)果，ABBA向聯(lián)合國(guó)兒童基金會(huì)捐贈(zèng)了歌曲所有版稅的一半。
