馮玉軍，1971年生，四川大學高分子研究所研究員，博士生導師。現任四川大學高分子研究所副所長。主要研究基于聚合物、表面活性劑的軟物質材料的設計、制備、性能和應用研究。先后在國內外學術刊物發表論文200余篇，其中SCI收錄120余篇，獲授權中國發明專利5件。

學術貢獻
已在“Chem. Soc. Rev.”、“Adv. Mater.”、“Adv. Funct. Mater.”、“Chem. Commun.”、“Green Chem.”等國內外學術刊物發表論文200余篇，其中SCI收錄120余篇，獲授權中國發明專利5件。
主持國家科技重大專項子課題、國家自然基金聯合基金重點項目和面上項目、四川省、重慶市、廣東省等省市科技攻關及中石油、中石化、中海油橫向項合作項目20余項。作為第一完成人先后獲得四川省科技進步二等獎、中國石化聯合會科技進步一等獎、成都市科技進步一等獎、中國專利獎優秀獎各1項。

主要研究基于聚合物、表面活性劑的軟物質材料的設計、制備、性能和應用研究，包括：智能聚合物、粘彈性表面活性劑以及其在石油開采特別是三次采油中的應用；水溶性聚合物的新型合成方法；聚合物溶液物理化學性質等。
