仲丁基鋰是一種無色或微黃色透明液體，化學式為CH3CHLiCH2CH3，簡稱sec-BuLi或s-BuLi。它是一種有機鋰化合物，是正丁基鋰和叔丁基鋰的異構體。仲丁基鋰是有手性的有機鋰試劑，主要用于有機催化反應，是有機合成中仲丁基碳陰離子的來源。
性質描述
無色或微黃色透明液體，以己烷為溶劑。該品在啟用過程中應最大限度地隔絕空氣和水份，并于-7℃～-4℃冷凍保存，最好一次性即啟即用。如果發現產品存在色差或微量沉淀，不影響產品性能。質量標準：堿性雜質≤1.0%(max) (以仲丁氧基計)共價氯和Cl-≤0.1%(max)
