黃茂海,中國研究員,現任國家天文臺WSO團組首席研究員及博士生導師。

個人經歷

黃茂海在美國Boston大學天文系進行研究生階段學習期間參加“南極亞毫米波望遠鏡和遙遠天文臺(AST/RO)”研制,曾先后多次赴南極極點站工作,積累較多亞毫米波望遠鏡系統研制和使用經驗,同時通過使用歐洲“紅外空間天文臺(ISO)”進行觀測和研究,在空間天文設備使用和數據處理方面具有積累。2001~2003年在意大利底里亞斯特天文臺參加歐洲航天局“赫歇爾”空間天文臺研制。2003至今在國家天文臺工作,是****入選者并獲得結題優秀。先后參加繞月衛星工程和中歐赫歇爾紅外天文臺合作項目,擔任赫歇爾空間天文臺SPIRE項目Co-I,使用紅外和射電天文方法研究星際介質和伽瑪射線暴,研制空間天文地面系統。

研究領域

研究領域在科學方面研究領域研究目標包括:

星際介質中的HII區、光離區,探測分子云物理狀態;

伽瑪射線暴紅外特性和分析;

天體在低于10兆赫的甚低頻電磁波段的特性。

所采用的研究手段包括:

使用地面和空間設備進行多波段(甚低頻、亞毫米波、紅外、紫外)觀測,

計算機數值建模研究,

組建并領導國際研究小組利用世界口徑最大的空間天文臺進行觀測,

通過仿真論證和樣機測試,開辟人類了解程度幾乎是空白的天文觀測譜段。

在技術方面集中在研究如何把敏捷開發、持續集成、無縫演化等技術應用在在空間天文衛星的地面系統研制中,將這些技術應用在國內國際天文項目。

科研項目

中國參加赫歇爾空間天文臺設備在軌觀測運行和開展相關紅外天文研究,主持,院級級,2009-06--2013-06。

教授課程

空間紅外紫外天文臺。
