（1）中藥化學物質組分離分析；（2）中藥效應物質（群）辨識與質量控制；（3）活性成分整合作用機制
主要成果
主持國家自然科學基金面上項目、青年基金、教育部新世紀優秀人才計劃、中國博士后科學基金、江蘇省自然科學基金、江蘇省六大人才高峰計劃等課題；近年來在國內外學術刊物包括Green Chem、摩爾 Cancer、Sci Rep、Oncotarget、J Chromatogr A、Analyst、Food Chem等發表論文80余篇，其中SCI收錄65余篇，所發表論文被SCI引用900余次；授權發明專利3項；起草了陳皮等藥材質量標準，被美國藥典和中國藥典收錄。
