纓口鰍屬有以下物種：
1）臺灣省纓口鰍(Crossostoma lacustre)：分布于臺灣西部淡水河至濁水溪各水系。
2）少鱗纓口鰍(Crossostoma paucisquama)：分布于廣東的練江、榕江及韓江水系。
3）斑紋達氏臺鰍(Crossostoma stigmata)：分布于自閩江至韓江的閩粵沿海各水系。
4）花尾纓口鰍(Crossostoma fascicauda)：分布于福建省沿海各水系。
5）陳氏纓口鰍(Crossostoma chenyiyui)：分布于福建九龍江和韓江水系。
6）廷氏臺鰍(Crossostoma tinkhami)：分布于珠江的東江水系。
7）纓口鰍(Crossostoma davidi)：分布于閩江水系。
