超勁先生（Syndrome）是《超人總動員》中的大反派。他曾經(jīng)是超能先生最忠實的崇拜者，一心想要成為超能先生的助手，卻遭到了超能先生的否定，隨后心理扭曲，開始籌劃對超能先生的復(fù)仇行動。

超勁先生（Syndrome）是個天才發(fā)明家，在他小的時候，他本是超能先生（Mr. Incredible）的頭號追星族，可是很不幸，超能先生認(rèn)為他是個麻煩，的確，他也是個麻煩，就這樣，超能先生當(dāng)時沒有尊重超勁先生，甚至深深的傷害了他。后來，超勁先生的目標(biāo)就是一個一個的“終結(jié)”超人，提高他的“全能機械人”（The Omnidroid）能力，以終結(jié)超能先生報仇，然后帶著他的武器去摧毀城市，自己充當(dāng)解救世界的“英雄”……超勁先生發(fā)明了很多先進設(shè)備，他最厲害的武器發(fā)明就是“零點能量”，能凍結(jié)一切東西，而他把這個發(fā)明留給了他自己……當(dāng)他失敗的時候，他甚至去綁架了超能先生之子小杰。

超勁先生沒有任何超能力，他的飛行、零點能量，都是靠他發(fā)明的器械。
超勁先生本名叫 Buddy Pine ，超能先生開始叫他小布（Buddy），而“小布”自稱“超能小子”（IncrediBoy） ，他想當(dāng)超能先生的助手。
超勁先生的面部表情實際上都來自電影的導(dǎo)演 Brad Bird 。
超勁先生的配音 Jason Lee 只用了4天就完成了配音，而超能先生的配音 Craig T. Nelson 卻用了兩年的時間。
超勁先生的計劃叫做 Kronos 項目是電影 Kronos (1957) 的名字，這電影就是關(guān)于一個巨大的機器人降落到陸地，和他的“全能機械人”（The Omnidroid）一樣。而 Kronos 出現(xiàn)在電影的一個洞穴里，還是超勁先生電腦系統(tǒng)的一個密碼，并且也是超人總動員游戲的秘籍！在 Kronos 數(shù)據(jù)庫中，出現(xiàn)的超人名字是： Universal Man, Psycwave, Everseer, Macroburst, Phylange, Blazestone, Downburst, Hyper Shock, Apogee, Blitzerman, Tradewind, Vectress, Gazerbeam, Stormicide, Gamma Jack, ElastiGirl（巴荷莉）, Frozone（酷冰俠）, 和 Mr. Incredible （超能先生）。
