楊明理，四川大學物理學院教授，分別于1988，1991，1999年獲四川大學理學學士、碩士、博士學位。1999年起，先后在南京大學、University of Namur、University of Antwerp、University of Bourgogne、Central Michigan University做博士后研究，2006年任四川大學教授、博士生導師。四川省學術和技術帶頭人后備人選。從事計算物理和計算化學領域的研究工作，已發表50多篇學術論文。在研項目包括國家自然科學基金、博士點基金、留學回國人員啟動基金等。現指導2名博士生、4名碩士生。
研究方向：原子和分子團簇的結構和性質的演化；納米結構（團簇、量子點）與（生物）分子之間的相互作用；蛋白質在固體表面的吸附作用機理。
人物生平
1 四川大學教授，楊明理，分別于1988，1991，1999年獲四川大學理學學士、碩士、博士學位。1999年起，先后在南京大學、比利時Namur大學、法國Bourgogne大學、比利時安特衛普大學、美國Central Michigan大學從事博士后工作，2006年任四川大學教授、博士生導師。四川省學術和技術帶頭人后備人選。主要從事功能材料的構效關系、納米結構的物理化學性質等方面的分子模擬研究。已發表60多篇學術論文，其中有54篇論文被SCI收錄（35篇為第一作者或聯系人），被他人引用350余次。現主持一項留學回國人員啟動基金項目和一項國家自然科學基金面上項目，參與一項973子課題和一項重大專項。
現指導3名博士生、4名碩士生。
